As far as posers. They're all over the place in all shapes and sizes. Scion doesn't even have the largest number of them. It's the poser drivers that are crap, not the cars.

Picked one for my wife. It's a sweet ride. Especially with the Toyota Trd 20 inch wheels that were an option. Plus it definitely looks sexier wit the rear spoiler and tinted windows

@jezzetv Go race a TC on the highway at 60mph in top gear floor it. No downshiftin allowed. The TC will leave you in the dust. You know the real world driving conditions that this engine will accel at. 0-60 is pretty meaningless in everyday driving. Roll on performance has meaning.

@toyota420xp We have a '10 Corolla and a '11 tC. The tC definitely accelerates faster. Louder engine. Corolla handles better. Turn radius is smaller and I feel like I can maneuver it a lot more easily than the tC. Interior noise on both is comparable. Interior space is much better in the tC. I'm a pretty big guy - 6"2, 250, and I'm comfortable in the back of the tC with the chair back all the way. Corolla isn't even close. For the price I don't see why people are bashing the tC like they are.

Nice car. Just a bit slower then a Civic 2012 with the VSA off. Re-sale is crap though, and with 180hp...you would think it would be a much quicker car. All this said, it's a nice little car, with a nice little price.

The sound is due to the upgraded exhaust tip which is now standard. Also, the sound is meant to enhance the driving experience and give you more of a rugged feeling. Gotta say I love this tC ten times more than the previous generation... and if you really want to be impressed... try driving one with a TRD supercharger. :-D
its a copy of the celica gts.. they just swapped the guts..dual wishbone suspension 6spd trans, vvtli... everything in the car is copy of a gts but tc is big bulky and not aerodynamic at at all...buy a gts put 500 pounds in the trunk and then tape something big and flat to your grill to ruin yur aero= scion tc...everything scion makes is ugly and for highschool kids and people with no taste or knowledge of cars... bring the GT-S and GT-four back! and stop making girly cars toyota!

That is a beautiful car. It looks a lot different from the older tC. Its got a 2.5 liter now. That is a sharp car, aimed toward the BMW 3-series crowd, but at half the price. Very nice. Terrible car review. This guy barely highlighted any of the major selling points. They way it looks is opinion, but the only reason I looked at a tC is because they made it more aggressive looking and not a girly as the first gen. tC.
I cringed when I saw the engine. It looks like a solid block of aluminum with exposed wires everywhere. My Aveo's engine looks better than that, and it's a $10,000 car. What happened, Scion ?
8 sec is not faster than the old tc, it's actually slower because of the 6 speed. My tc with injen intake and srs exhaust run 0-60 in 6.7 second! Either Insideline driver can't drive or the new tc is just damn slow.

These videos and pictures do not do the tC justice. I thought that the car was okay looking but as soon as i saw it in person.... it was sexy.

The sound is due to the upgraded exhaust tip which is now standard. Also, the sound is meant to enhance the driving experience and give you more of a rugged feeling. Gotta say I love this tC ten times more than the previous generation... and if you really want to be impressed... try driving one with a TRD supercharger. :-D

its a copy of the celica gts.. they just swapped the guts..dual wishbone suspension 6spd trans, vvtli... everything in the car is copy of a gts but tc is big bulky and not aerodynamic at at all...buy a gts put 500 pounds in the trunk and then tape something big and flat to your grill to ruin yur aero= scion tc...everything scion makes is ugly and for highschool kids and people with no taste or knowledge of cars... bring the GT-S and GT-four back! and stop making girly cars toyota!

There is a reason why toyota stopped making those.... and thank god they realized it before it was too late...

That is a beautiful car. It looks a lot different from the older tC. Its got a 2.5 liter now. That is a sharp car, aimed toward the BMW 3-series crowd, but at half the price. Very nice. The 16 year old boy that is speaking about the car, knows very little about cars. He is also very feminine, even for an american. I think he knows more about Barbie-Dolls and designers shoes than automobiles. How many times did the twink say "cool"?

Terrible car review. This guy barely highlighted any of the major selling points. They way it looks is opinion, but the only reason I looked at a tC is because they made it more aggressive looking and not a girly as the first gen. tC.

looks cheap and cheesy, and the car is ultra slow for a so-called sports coupe.
Better and more faster choices out there for the money folks.
Try a Civic si, or the New Nissan Juke...both those cars will smoke this Scion quite easily.

I cringed when I saw the engine. It looks like a solid block of aluminum with exposed wires everywhere. My Aveo's engine looks better than that, and it's a $10,000 car. What happened, Scion ?

8 sec is not faster than the old tc, it's actually slower because of the 6 speed. My tc with injen intake and srs exhaust run 0-60 in 6.7 second! Either Insideline driver can't drive or the new tc is just damn slow.
