@randomgal13 kinda simple, actually. a key part of the trick is that you can't see his body behind the gilloutine. also notice how where he puts his head has a crack at the bottom, allowing for his neck to pass through, and that the back part of the bucket is not the same wooden material as the rest. it is just two pieces of black cloth slightly overlapping at the centre. as the gilloutine goes down, NPH slides his head through the crack and between the two pieces of black cloth into the bucket.
