@xXjshadow95Xx I explored this place and set off every trap, including the teddy bear trap (I didn't think he would be a jerk too) so I reloaded the autosave and recorded the better non exploded version.

@goldeneyekiller101 It directly says "compliance regulator*. The title helps most when you read it. Its pretty much a stun gun/tazer.

@dawsonweber99 I liked Honest Hearts more for two reasons: 1. You could go back a explore after the dlc was done (in dead money when you are done you could still explore but once you leave you can't go back) 2. You don't have to deal with annoying radios that would kill your character in a few moments.

@jibbleliciousd00 I already found the compliance regulator but didn't record it so I re-loaded the auto save. When I couldn't carry anymore I just dropped anything. In short, I still have dinner bell.

@Live2Play1000 It's a very annoying glitch. Victor is a sorta main character (he's the robot who digs you up at the start of the game). It says he is on the map constantly.

2. Screw the gun runners, they jack up the price on everything.
