I want to discover whether anybody come across of DietOramy eating plan (google for more info)? I've come across about it from a friend who really shed a great deal of body mass, although he is like a nut, so is there anyone average around :D in order to testify the actual performance of this eating plan?
The last time i did this diet i lost like 25 lbs in 6 days. I think it was bc I ate alot of veggies and meat and the fact that im considered "obese" smh But yeah i went form a size 24 to a 22 in a cpl days. Im gonan start this again and hopefully i get the same results or at least in the first 2 weeks

The easiest and fastest way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat a RAW food diet!! Nothing cooked, no meat, no dairy. Just fruit, veg, nuts & seeds !! Think back to the days of the cave man lol they didnt have cookies or cheeseburgers or pizza . Simple foods are the way to go and you will lose a lot of weight and fast! Personally i have tried it and it is hard to stay on but i follow an 80% raw diet and have lost weight on it.
next time just steam some rooibos tea and add a lil cocoa and sweeten with liquid stevia a natural sweetner and a lil cream so it looks like hot choclate

A really great exercise video is turbo jam! you can find it on ebay really cheap! I have it and its so fun you don"t even feel like you exercising. You will WANT to do it every day!

And the whole im going to splurge today but i can strt tommorow and you know what?! it thst type of thinking that keeps people so unhealthy because every day people tell themselves " I can start tomorrow" You are selling yourself short! if you have real determination you can do way more than you ever thought. Not only do you have to change your eating habits but also exercise.
Have you thought about maybe doing the Belly Fat Cure? Basically you eat no more than 15 grams of sugar and 6 servings of carbs (with a serving being between 5-20 grams) per day. I find that it's less restrictive than SBD and you still lose weight.
Don't be too hard on yourself, take baby steps and as long as you're making good choices and doing some workout. Backtobeauty has pushed her date, i think..it's no longer Dec 6th.

I no longer do diets. I go to the gym and eat only so many calories for the day. between 100-1200 a day. I'm 189. I started out at a little over 230. I'm so enjoying this journey. 160 would be great for me too even though because of my height that will still be too much! Anyway, you CAN do it! Blessings!
