I heard Hanson has a PH.D. and is a robotic designer. He has 2 companies in Tx. He could build robots that can work as actors in movies with roles. Also,he could design more robot astronauts for NASA so they can look like people. NASA hasn't designed robonauts that look like humans yet. He could design some to work as greeters in several Nasa centers too. I wish he also gets to design robots that can do housekeeping so they can help families in their homes.
Part of the motion problem is the same as the problem many CGI actor users experience. Motors used, for instance, have no compliance and the unused motors are freewheeling or locked. This gives them jerky motions or, if driven fully, very robotic motion (too perfect). In both cases, without the rigid framework of an industrial robot, or lack of dynamic tension (muscle tone) from the unused motors, they wobble like marionettes. Ah, well. One step at a time (hehe).

2029 is just a arbitrary date to satisfy humans expectations of it sooner.
