this is probably one of the few tib dances/songs that dont have anything fake or chinese in it.the govt should really promote more of these authentic songs n dances..btw the song doesnt praise the railway too..think the railway vid was just added in the end..
I think its awesome that our tibetan village farmers could get an opportunity to showcase tibet and win the minorities dance contest.most mainland chinese think tibetans are just wild tribals who ride on horses..Cheers to the dancers!(heard they got really big cash prizes!)
No, tibetan knew and danced like that before the barbaric chinese were binding their women's feet. Now the chinese switch to killing or abandoning female babies but tibetans still keep their tradition, slave or not.
