I used to watch Johnny Solinger in Dallas when he was playing in his own band called Solinger. That guy really rocked, and I am proud to see him make it in such an awesome band. I wish he didn't have to be compared to Bach. If he'd continued on his own, he would have made his own name. It is like Gary when he tried taking Haggar's place in Van Halen. There is no doubt that he did well in Extreme, but he was just not right for VH. At any rate, long live Skid Row, and good luck Johnny!

I think Baz is a totally bipolar and unstable so much of the time that the guys didn't have much choice to kick him out. And more power to them for finding Johnny to sing with them. They wrote the songs, they were preforming most of them before Sebastian joined, they are kicking ass now that he's gone.

Scotti Hill's guitar solo there sounded like shit. This Bret Michaels wannabe singer isn't horrible, but he's no Sebastian Bach. That's some big pipes to fill and this guy just simply can't do it. I see Snake, Scotti and Rachel Bolan. It's like Lynyrd Skynyrd, this isn't the same band. These guys were great with their first three albums, but they aren't shit without Sebastian.

w0bbl3r, I have to disagree with what you said. Sebastian's new album, "Angel Down", is a great rock album. Not quite as good as "Slave to The Grind", but on par with "Subhuman Race". I just saw him in concert two weeks ago and he rocked the house down. As for Vince and Motley, I actually enjoyed both of Vince's solo albums. 'Exposed' was more in the vein of '80's Crue, and 'Carved In Stone' was way ahead of it's time with the mixing of rap beats with rock guitars. Vince and Bas can rock alone.
