8 years from 2002, whitney is a great woman ,responsible, living her life despite all the haters and negative press. They expected her to crumble but she survived and she has more to show us in the future.... a great movie, an autobiographical movie and a new CD in 2013. we love U Miss Houston

Thanks for posting this interview. I missed it when it aired. I just watched the repeat of the new interview she did with Oprah, and became curious about this one. I guess the real Whitney Houston is somewhere in between these two interviews.
Shes human like anyone, more open to addiction than most people, why she agreed tho this interview is a mystery. Diane (typical sensationalism) just bangs her down. W & BB aint no angels but soon enough ppl will realise they're just as human as anyone else.
She has no class or style her. Really behaving like a third class drug addic! And how tragic when she says in part 2/3 that she never tried cocaine. You can really see that she is not telling the truth! This was a little bit sad to watch... I thought she had more style.

I have noticed that too and every fan that's true to themselves will acknowledge that the voice is not what it used to be and that it's not just because of aging. but it's still better than most of the artists out right now. and she's alive which is what's most important.

Diane was lacking in compassion for Whitney. When Whitney father filed a law suit she was sympathic at all. She was so rough on her, and I salute Whitney because she was totally in control of the tatal interview. I have noticed that too and every fan that's true to themselves will acknowledge that the voice is not what it used to be and that it's not just because of aging. but it's still better than most of the artists out right now. and she's alive which is what's most important.

I wish Whitney had had a bunch of kids! I'm sure that at least one of them would've inherited her incredible voice, as she indeed did from her own mama. I read somewhere that Bobbie Kristina didn't inherit her mama's voice and is much more like her father than her ma. Leona Lewis is pegged as the 'next Whitney' with Clive Davis at the controls. I would imagine that the pressures at the Whitney Houston/Michael Jackson levels are tremendous hence the drug abuse??

I just would like to say regardless of what your spouse does you have a choice like she said. Tina Turner stayed with Ike Turner and never used cocaine like Ike Turner did. She choose to get involved in that lifestyle, everyone must be accountable for their own actions. I do respect Bobby more because he was more open about his drug use, and not sugar coating it like Whitney did.
