  • Chuck Norris Laptop!!

  • My Dell XFR NEVER works and Dell Norway has no service or help available.

The GPS doesn't work, the 3g doesn't work, the wireless doesn't work, the operating system doesn't work, the touchscreen doesn't work, the fingerprint reader doesn't work, the smart card reader doesn't work etc.

My advice: Dell Norway should be closed down and burned on the bonfire with my Dell XFR "a dell exclusive" crap computer.

  • I ordered this computer two (2) months ago from Dell Norway, and they still cant deliver it.... They (Dell) can't get it to work with internal GPS, so this could also explain current progeres/sucsess in Iraq?

Im considering Panasonic, if Dell uses more than 3 months:-)

But IP65, solid state drive, internal GPS, 3G/HSDPA and 8GB Ram could make it worth the wait?

Had the previous Dell model when I worked for NATO, excellent machine:-)

But Dell, this looks like amateur night:-(

  • i enjoy my MSI

  • Its a shame they cant make there latest consumer laptops as well built.

  • yeah all laptops need to be durable like this seriously

  • Thinkpad is still the best

  • not anymore (x series is barely hanging onto the thinkpad legacy, the rest are lenovo insults)

  • I would love to see Macbook Air go through that test xD

  • @BattleHawk118

    Haha, yeah!

  • @BattleHawk118 The tech director at my high school dropped his MacBook Air from 8 feet while working on lights or something and it has a pretty big dent in the side, but it still works like the day it came out of the box. I highly doubt it would survive any of the other tests though.

  • @BattleHawk118 You stole the words right out of my mouth!

  • I looked these up on Dells website the other day and you can get a 2.66 gig processor with 8, yes 8, gig of ram... How cool is that?

  • The Latitude E6400 XFR starts from $4,299 and is launched in the US. And yeah someone got it right.. its not meant for the candy licking ones !! Was designed for the US army in IRAQ. Sold 8000 units already !

  • How much does it costs? Not precisely

  • lol "explosive atmosphere", eh? so the laptop will survive, but you may not :)

  • xD ahahahahaaahahahahahaha0h0ah

  • Nice...

  • what an inspraration. i was inspired by this video. it really make me looking into my own life and i relised i needed to do something about it.

  • Quad cooled thermal management system. Interesting. I like the form factor, personally and am wondering how much one of these would run...

  • They are available on the Dell website.

  • @Jejo420 Expect to pay around 3500. If you customize it, it's even more.

  • Awesome but whats with all the Serial ports?

  • for rollover cables used configuring routers mon......

  • Cute long lasting toy, unfortunately not available in Europe. Dell could earn millions for it, as it has compact size according to other rugged laptops, and wide screen, and the name, as some shiny Panasonic products does not last longer than a year...

DELL, SHIP IT TO EUROPE PLEASE!! :)
