HIS name is belphegor and HE is from the anime reborn. he's part of the group Varia and is known as "Prince the Reaper". HE is the prince(hence the tiara) of a land of an unknown country and had a twin brother who he killed named Rasiel. HE is also my favorite reborn! character ^w^
@weedtiger Yeah, He is a boy. In the show he is really blonde. You can look him up on YouTube, as well as reborn wikia, he is kinda psychotic, and he usually wears red or purple striped shirt.. Bel might have a girlish touch to him, but thats very common in anime especially in boys with rly good looks, another KHR character that is my favorite personally has a girlie touch to him, that's adult mammon otherwise known as Viper.
@XiaoQiaorules Its not THAT common in anime for guys to be this girly at all. Perhaps in the series you watch but definitely not in the once I did but what ever if you say its a guy wut evaah.
