use two component cables to a stereo plug. any recording software should work. for the cables i prefer the hosa cmr-215.

@therockhopper Give him a break, that was in the early days of the Kaossilator. People have to learn how to use it AND learn what's worth doing. Also it's hard to vary the rhythm, there's just ONE save point.

you dont need an amp with RCA ins (red and whites) just rca out of the kaossilator if you must with and RCA to 1/4 inch adaptor or a cable that is RCA to 1/4 inch male end.  Thats what your guitar amp will input.

depends if ur amp has got like you know the red and white cables u usually get on the back of TV..thts one way of doing it they r on the back of the amp sometimes.

but im sure you can get some kind of cable u stick into the Input where ur guitar usually goes , dont worry youll be fine .

yep.....you can do that,,,the kaossilator has an audio out...so you can route it into a dj mixer..you could play a drum loop on vinyl and start laying down chords from the kaossilator over the drum loops or whatever the hell you want!!

the possibilities are endless!!

@put0n666 No you dont need software, its not a midi controller. The Left/Right (White/Red) Cables coming out are RCA stereo Audio Cables. So you need a way to get audio into your computer. This can be done 2 ways. 1- Use an audio interface (they are pricey but good for all instruments mics and band gear) or if you dont need all the other stuff and just want to get the Kaoscilators audio to the computer just buy an RCA to 1/8 cable at best buy and plug it into your computers 1/8 inch mic jack.

Hi, Yes you can but you'll need the right cables to connect to your computer. I use a dual RCA to go into the kaossilator to a 1/4 TRS lead and i use a 1/8 adapter at the end of the lead so i can put it through the computer's mic input. As for editing software theres a great free recording program called Audacity , just google it. :)

Mixer Connect to MacBook.

I connected headphone to mixer.

This can be used for five hours by batteries.
