If you're referring to Samoth, he's playing a harmonical counterpoint an octave higher than Ihsahn, which can be played on a six-string.

I just got this 2 days ago on DVD. It's called "Live Inferno" and it's one DVD of the entire Wacken set and about 45 minutes of bonus stuff (backstage and live bootlegs) and 2 audio CDs - one of the Wacken show and one of Inferno Festival. The Wacken show has a lot of post-show editing so it looks and sounds very different from what you see here on YouTube. Personally I am not crazy about the mix - I prefer more keyboards (its what I liked about Emperor) but overall an amazing product! :)

I got their Prometheus album 2 weeks after it came out, and Empty is one of their best songs, but i just prefer the older songs because of their epic feel, songs like "I Am The Black Wizards" "Inno A Satana" "Thus Spake The Nightspirit" "Ye Entrancemperium" and "With Strength I Burn" ... and their cover of Bathory`s legendary "A Fine Day To Die!"
