I was there...it was a glorious day in beautiful Hyde Park...the weather was beautiful, the crowd was wonderful, the concert was free and Blind Faith brought their fabulous combined talent to us.....it doesn't happen like that anymore....... sadly.
Beautiful rendition. Softer and more subtle than the studio version (which I also love), and with an extra instrumental section before the last verse. Ginger plays the beat a bit differently than on the record, too, and Winwood's high-pitched organ during the instrumental gives the song a richer harmonic character.
