I watched jennifers rendition of this song, and while beautiful, she lacks the passion and gospel fire that tay tay possesses despite them both being from the church. Yes Beyonce is talented too, but don't tell me she's AS talented as Fantasia. Fantasia blows Beyonce out of the water. Not even Jennifer Hudson can match Fantasia's talent. Just watch that Jennifer/Fantasia live duet of 'I'm His Only Woman' and you can tell that Fantasia is much more skilled even though both are awesome.
In my opinion, the only way someone didn't feel this performance is if they were in a coma and sometimes coma patients can still hear what's around them. Moving performance and the epitome of gut wrenching singing.

Not trying to take away from Jen...but Tasia has something in her voice and soul that relates to and connects to this song on a completely different level. It's about so much more than just being able to sing. Tasia's soul is in this song when she sings it and she takes you with her on the journey through it and exposes her soul to you. It's not the same when Jen sings it.

beyonce is a wonderful talented singer but it takes much more than that to be a powerful moving singer and thats what fantasia is fantasia can connect with every song she sing and make other people feel her emotion she sings about things that people really go through and she sings from her soul beyonce sing but not every song she does comes from the soul both are amazing singers but fantasia is a powerful singer there in their own category so you shouldnt try to compare them

@honeyluv15 I personally disagree we all have different opinions but i totally disagree love fantasia but she cant do half the acrobatics beyonce can do with her voice but obviously you see beyonce as her biggest threat that's why you brought her name up i guess. but beyonce's voice to me is one of the world's best national treasure's as some people would like to deny it or hate on her and fantasia's voice is one of america's best treasure's as some people would deny that.

@honeyluv15 yea she does that's one thing that sets her aside from the regular artist in the r&b industry but for me that powerhouse good raspy church voice isn't enough for me personally i feel she needs to stick to her roots and go back start singing gospel music where i believe she can be truly appreciated

@honeyluv15 beyonce's 4 album is going nowhere fast... Beyonce's best effort was the "I AM... Sasha.." LP.. That album had legs to stand on. Anyways this is about FANTASIA, and this vocal "Power House" along with JHUD will last in the industry as long as they want to be in it.

@jackaroo18 Jennifer Hudson is AMAZING! I love her so much....but I prefer Tasia's version of this so much more. Not trying to take away from Jen...but Tasia has something in her voice and soul that relates to and connects to this song on a completely different level. It's about so much more than just being able to sing. Tasia's soul is in this song when she sings it and she takes you with her on the journey through it and exposes her soul to you. It's not the same when Jen sings it.
