  • too quiet. blow out ur pre cats and only run the 2 mains it sounds way deeper

  • some one get a flowmaster im here please!

  • i have this truck, that sounds quieter than stock...

  • Sounds good to me, I put a single in dual out flowmaster 40 on mine and its too loud. Who wants a loud V6 anyways? Sound like hell!

  • needs v8

  • sounds 100% stock nottrying to be funny bro juss saying

  • haha, someone sawed off my das cats he had dual cats on the truck, and when he drove it home, it sounded bad ass, like a straight motor 454 big block. hahahaha to bad it cost 1500 for the new counter bolt locking cats. hahaha

  • sound gay foo get some gud shit

  • Sounds like shit get some true dual straights on there

  • My stock muffler has better tone than that, well mabe cause I don't have cats but u know, lol.

  • Damn that sounds good. Not too loud, deep, like it means business.

    Sounds nothing like stock.

    I like it.

Reminds me of a stock Mustang 5.0 dual exhaust.

I might do the same thing you did.

How much did it set you back?

  • cant really hear a difference. you should cut all 4 cats off and straight pipe it. I heard a 4.2 that sounded like a 5.4

  • to quiet

  • Trust me a Flowmaster is BAD choice for a 4.2. I have one with a super 44 2 chamber... no cats... sounds strong at idleand low rpm but sounds plastic (think of a 4 banger civic with a coffee can exhaust) when pushed hard...I'm switching to the magnaflow set-up this weekend.. magnaflow is deff. the way to go with the 4.2,.. flowmaster for a 4.6 / 5.4 ... try a tailpipe with a 20" x 3" tip to get a deeper better sound out of this truck??

  • sounds alot differnt then my stock muffler i cant even hear my truck idle

  • sounds like a stock muffler

  • That sound good. I can hear the valves a little, but that might be good; the more engine noise that can be heard at the tailpipe, means that the sound waves are not bunching up, or bouncing back to the exhaust valves.

  • got a good sound. but too quiet for me

  • why put the worst engine ever built into a good truck.

  • How is it the worst ever built?

  • quarter of a million miles on my 4.2 l v6, id say its one hell of a tough engine. i was mad when ford quit building the 300i6 but im very pleased with the v6....better fuel milage, less low end turque is the only drawback.

  • Sounds barely different than stock. Sorry, man... Not being a dick to ya, just being honest.

  • more throat than stock

  • I half to agree

  • @blueoval505 a tip would help. that's what i added to give the glasspak on my 4.2 a little umph

  • shoulda went with a 2 chamber flowmaster, but hey u gota learn

  • jesus i hope u wernt lookin for some thing loud lol well go check out mine

  • is there a purpose to this video? im confused

  • YOUR A DUMBASS

  • yes. to hear nice trucks and tell people they sound good

  • nice!
