It's because Valve has completely neglected the Xbox and PS3 version of TF2, As of now PC TF2 has gone through 251 updates, 360 has gone through 4 and PS3 has none, not to mention TF2 is now free on PC. The reason why people say why do people play TF2 on 360 (not complaining, more like questioning) is because 360 TF2 is nowhere near the full game that it is now
