I'd like to offer a suggestion in regard to coating these in chocolate. If you can use chopsticks, use them instead of spoons. I find the coating is pretty even and you can touch them up with the tip of the chopsticks if need be.
I normally put some white chocolate in a small Ziploc bag and cut a small piece off of the corner so I can drizzle it over the cake balls. It makes them look even more amazing and everyone thinks they are store bought. :) Just thought I'd share a tip.
