I've never played it. But I've played Loom and found it to be much shorter than the 3 first Monkey Islands.

It's not amazing that he played them through, but the thing that he was able to play them 24 hours. :) Not that they are boring or anything, old Lucas Arts games are great. It's just that no matter how good some game is, I can play it up to 5 hours until I have to get something else to do.

Anyway, 4/5 stars.

He finished it in ~1 hour.... same for Loom, which is the shortest of any LucasArts classics.

But I think if you do anything in the right order, skip all dialogs/cutscenes you can also do DotT in that time.
