I don't think Tara is dead.. I think she got on the side of her head and she'll be able to survive from a miracle, my cousin got shot in the head TWICE within 5 years and he is still very much alive today.

I read the book for this season before the season started and I wanted to see this scene so bad! The fact that Tara died pissed me off, as did the death of Jesus. But this was satisfying seeing Sookie shoot Debbie in the face.

The ending to this is really unrealistic. We all know (including Sookie) that Debbie is a crazy bitch. So if she's got a gun and says "I should have done this along time ago", that clearly she's gonna try and kill you Sookie! Tara is NOT DEAD! If you closely go back on the video and look at 0:40 to 0:43, The Bullet hit the Glass Cabnet First! Then the Glass shattered and hard chunks of the glass pieces hit Tara on the side of her head! THAT's how Tara got knocked out and started bleeding everywhere. Also go to 1:12 to 1:15 and look at the side of Tara's head, there is NO BULLET SHOT! It is just Glass shards stuck on the side of her head and face! I'm almost certain now that Bill or Eric can save Tara!

Tara's dead. If she was alive, Sookie would hear thoughts in her mind like "Uhhh" or "damn this hurts!". But there are no thoughts because she's dead and Sookie knows this. That's why she's hysteric. Vampire's can heal, they can't bring the dead back to life. Tara will come back as a ghost from time to time using Laffayette's body to help out Sookie and the other people that she loved.

The ending to this is really unrealistic. Sookie will attack anything with her electric-hands, but when some crazy-ass-werewomen with a shotgun comes into her house, she tries to persuade her to calm down. We all know (including Sookie) that Debbie is a crazy bitch. So if she's got a gun and says "I should have done this along time ago", that clearly she's gonna try and kill you Sookie! You complete fucking idiot. She deserves to die more than any other character! Such a fuckwit!

@JAY9493 I'm not going to lie, I am kind of upset she didn't just zap the shit out of Debbie since she uses her power a lot during this season. But it is obvious they did this for storyline reasons, they needed a way to kill Tara (as upsetting as that is for some of us). But don't get so emotional, lol. It's "True Blood".

Sometime she's a complete badass...and then when situations like this happens she randomly loses her fairy powers? Its dumb. The writers need to fix it.

Tara is NOT DEAD! If you closely go back on the video and look at 0:40 to 0:43, The Bullet hit the Glass Cabnet First! Then the Glass shattered and hard chunks of the glass pieces hit Tara on the side of her head! THAT's how Tara got knocked out and started bleeding everywhere. Also go to 1:12 to 1:15 and look at the side of Tara's head, there is NO BULLET SHOT! It is just Glass shards stuck on the side of her head and face! I'm almost certain now that Bill or Eric can save Tara!

Tara's dead. If she was alive, Sookie would hear thoughts in her mind like "Uhhh" or "damn this hurts!". But there are no thoughts because she's dead and Sookie knows this. That's why she's hysteric. Vampire's can heal, they can't bring the dead back to life. Tara will come back as a ghost from time to time using Laffayette's body to help out Sookie and the other people that she loved.
