We are seeing that problem here in the United States where immigrants mixed with growing population has resulted in many unemployed people. China is a very poor country. More than a billion Chinese earn less than $10 a day. 600 million earn less than $3 a day. {60 mil are "middle class"= +$20,000 a yr} When {not if} when China begins having a "normalized" growth rate of say 4% or 5% they won't be able to "placate" their population {peasants} who'll want to become "middle class" too like all the Han Chinese living on the eastern coast of China near the water. When they realize it ain't gonna happen. OUCH!! China will shut down again.
