  • Im a new subbie and you are truley an inspiration. How do I begin?

  • @visionsculptor hey there! thanks so much. To get started, just set a goal for yourself, train hard, eat right, and just do it. It's a hard question to answer directly without knowing you, but if you have a dream to train and compete, make it a reality by doing your research and just jumping right in. If you've never worked out before then perhaps look into a reputable trainer in your area. Good luck!

  • Congratulations
