@papercuts777 BTW, have you tried a canniloni? For the sauce, gnd beef with onions, celery, mushrooms. Take a couple tomats and score them(x's on each end, boil quick and then peel skin off and take out core) or just use crush tomatos or whatever. Bit of brown sugar, paprika, garlic. Stuff em in those canniloni tubes oven ready ones are easier and then a bit of tomato paste on the bottom of the dish, then on the top, bit of italian blend pre shredded cheese or parm and mozza and some oregano.

Ya, the risotto simply has rice for 4 and lobster for 2. It was made with beef stock instead of chicken and by the time I plated it, the beer on my brain made it too difficult to make the risotto creamy, like it was again. Fk it! hah

Ha! That was 1 vid split into 2. I didn't know WTF to do with them, plus I had a vid of the sauce being opened. Took 5 days to edit this shit.
Ya, the risotto simply has rice for 4 and lobster for 2. It was made with beef stock instead of chicken and by the time I plated it, the beer on my brain made it too difficult to make the risotto creamy, like it was again. Fk it! hah
