Not only does it happen at Schools, it happens within Federal Government entities through Union and Management officers who wish to control their underlings through abusive rule enforcement where employees cannot complete tasks within the ridgid structure of the Union or Management guidelines. Screwed by either The Union or Screwed by Management. The end result for me was leaving the abusive work place after 20 years of this type of Harassment. My suggestion: explore self employment.

This is the greatest. I appreciate it. I was bullied as a child as well. Ty. Hopefully more children report the bullying. The only way to make it stop. Is to let people know it is happening in the first place.
