People remember: GT Series - PD is a small group of people that had to transfer everysingle thing to a new platform(PS3). Forza Series- MICROSOFT game studios and they had already Forza 2 on the 360(the current platform). Plus GT5 is a bigger game than FM3. Thats why Forza is released more often than Gran Turismo.

Good game.. but the physics and graphics don't compare to GT. This game will always be for the gamers out there and GT will be for enthusiasts. Guys the ford gt thing is real, it was part of a demo that they did earlier on at E3. It's the ingame model all right but it goes to a kinect interface cinematic which is why there are all those White pop-ups, I can't wait for this. To clarify to those who responded to my comment: I'm not talking about performance here. PC's obviously ran Fallout 3 faster than both the PS3 and 360. However, I'm saying the graphical divide as far as the amount of detail goes is not as big as I think it is. For one, Fallout 3 looks virtually the same on the PC as it does on the consoles. The only difference is that the PC (your mileage may vary) can handle the detail better (plus a lot of other factors), therefore, running the game faster.

Blatantly, the graphics are incredible, as are the car models. You cant tell between the real footage and the gameplay. This also clearly shows the top gear test track which is mind blowing and if they really include the offroad rallying shown hear, it would be mind alteringly good. You know, I have to be honest. I was hooked on the gt series since #2 and loved it. I was always sceptical about forza because it seemed too "arcade" like for me. But then my new roomate brought over forza 3, and I have to say... For me having actually raced in SCCA road events in a spec racer ford for a year, gran turismo 5 may still have a little bit better physics and graphics, but forza has better everything else. If Turn 10 wanted to make this a real sim, they would: get rid of steering assist, offer adjustable seat positions for in-car views (sometimes your view is so tall you can't see the car's gauges past the steering wheel) and dosome more research into the cars, so they don't screw things up. For example, the 2nd Gen Eclipse can have an Evo IX engine swap, but the 2nd gen Talon can't. They're the same car, this makes no sense.

@Thatnamenobodytook I own a 360 and FM3, but my brother (still to be determined whether or not we're related) owns a PS3, I can honestly say GT5 is a great game but the three main sucky things I find (bear in mind I'm a drifter on FM3 and pretty well known ;] ) is the fact the only visually stunning cars are the two hundred premium cars, the tire smoke in my opinion looks more like engine smoke and finally is how long it took the to bring out the damn game, these are just my opinions.
