im in Beirut, Lebanon....my cousin is there in London, He said that he can get me to London for University...and the University would lend me money to study with then i should pay it back after i graduate.

is that true???/

@bboyfloppy yes :) you'll have to borrow from your bank which you will then come in debt. After you graduate (hopefully) , when you reach the annual salary £20,000 a year, they will take 9p from every £1 you earn. That's how it goes :) Or you could obviously, when you get really rich just pay them back straight away.
