EXPLODING DISH DISHNETWORK SUCKS

Directv and Dish only offer the price for 1 year and after that the promo price goes up by 20 bucks. At least with Dish though, you pay what the current price is now instead of paying for the new price the 2nd year.

I had Directv and just got rid of them. Directv's customer service is horrible. I just got Dish a few days ago and love Dish's customer service they seem more willing to help you out with a problem.

@88pistonsfan Really, that wasn't my experience at all. They did everything in their power to piss me off. I finally had to call the head of the company in Colorado to get them to stop billing me for service they weren't even providing. Dish tv simply isn;t worth the hassle.

awesome. I just cancelled - $99 charge for them to come get their junk back. Or $15 to send me mailing labels so I can mail it back to them. I'm dropping off a box with their equipment at their corporate center in Denver near my house and cancelling the card they bill me on. AHAHAHAHAHA. This is how they treat loyal customers after 5 years. I cancelled b/c they could only offer a $5 -6 month discount vs a new acct for $30 less a month for a year. Nice. Slap in the face. Fuk them.
