I am also suprised to see that you have a black mayor and that he is quickly taking action to layoff his own people, which makes no sense. I am sure, and like you already stated, there are other more effective and better ways to do this than for 1,000's to lose their jobs. Wow, I just researched what you were talking about man, and I am very sorry to hear that 9% of your city's employed will be laid off. The article I read said that this was "supposed" to solve the city's financial problems, but do they not know that this just adds to the problems because if 1,000 have no jobs that means that there are 1,000 not buying anything, because of this, which will effect those who are still employed, and in the long run this will increase the financial problems
