I was staying on an Island in Fiji.. Such a horror this is. An 8.3 on the Richter scale, shows us the extent of the Damage, from the Tsunami. It also shows the ineffectiveness of the Tsunami warning centres to evacuate the Samoans. Even New zealand was warned an hour before.
