Of course a nation as high on the spectrum as the U.K. should be humiliated to know China, a crowded nation of slums and tyranny, has higher orphan living standards. A reasonable reaction would be to raise the bar, whether it's necessary or not. I don't believe that child labor abuse is nearly as bad in Britain as China. Obviously
