Also, as I've said this obviously wasn't his first time using close to this weight so there was no risk of him simply dropping it you stupid fuck. He could probably do 350 for multiple reps under fatigue so the camera guy would have had to lift max 60 pounds fuck tard.

But it's easier to lose 20lbs of fat that put on 20lbs of muscle. Eating like a pig doesn't get you muscle at all. As for you calling him "fat", his body fat is probably between 11% and 13%, definitely not below 10%. but that's ideal. Look at a body builder during offseason. You think thier fat?
