No, all Brits do not sound like the Queen to me. I have difficulty understanding many of the British accents (the Scottish are very difficult to understand).When the royal family speaks,however, they are very easy for me to understand.

I think Victoria 'cleans up' her natural accent a bit. I find David more difficult to understand at times.

My roommate at University was from Ireland and his accent was REALLY hard for me to understand.I got used to it though.
