Every current BigTen coach has tried to recruit a player that has committed to another BigTen school, except Northwestern. That includes Tiller, Tressel, and even newer coaches like Dantonio. In fact over 200 recruits decommitted this past year - singling out Rodriquez, for what you yourself has done is hypcortical sour grapes - pathetic really.

What people are also missing is that Roy Roundtree's dream was to play for UofM. Carr didn't offer him, Rod did, and gave the kid his dream.

WTF are you talking about? So what if RR is a hard nosed recruiter? It'll get michigan a ton of great athletes. We wouldn't have gotten Ricky Barnum, Roy Roundtree, or Michael Shaw if RR hadn't recruited hard until signing day. And why does Tressell feel the need to call RR out? Like i said: Tressell is already getting nervous at the prosepct of going up against RR's spread offense!

And why WOULDN'T Tressell be nervous? i mean, he knows damn well that his Buckeyes are the worst team in the nation at defending the spread offense, and now he has to try to contaon RR's spread offense on a yearly basis. By acting all immature with this "gentlemens agreement" bullshit, Tressell is indicating that he knows there's a new regime in Ann Arbor....a regime thats going to take Tressells defense to school.

Wrong wrong wrong. He has a ton of tremendously talented athletes to work with in Carlos Brown, Brandon Minor, Kevin Grady, Sam McGuffie, Greg Mathews, Junior Hemingway, Toney Clemons, Darryl Stonum, and Carson Butler. You don't know what the hell your talking about.

Ok Carlos Brown,Brandon Minor and Greg Mathews are the only proven players with experience.Sam McGuffie does look like he can have a good career but he is only a Freshmen and hasn't proven nothing.Brown and Minor had that one great game when Hart was out and thats it.All I can say is We'll see what happens.

Actually, C. Brown had 75 carries for 382 yards and 4 TD's on the season, and he averaged an impressive 5.1 YPC, despite being second fiddle to Hart the entire season. In the three games that hart missed, Brown went over 100 yards in two of them. Minor has been a terrific substitute for two straight seasons, and he has two 100 yard games under his belt. Between Brown, Minor, a healthy Kevin Grady, and McGuffie, we are stacked at tailback, and we won't miss Mike Hart at all.

ok i give you that!Minor is a great back up BUT only 75 carries?How is he gonna hold up getting the ball 25 to 35 times a game?Still unproven and you have no recievers.Mathews is the realy the only one with expirence and he ain't even that good.But yet again good luck and we will see!

Chris Wells easily made the transition from sub to starter after Antonio pittman left, and I ahve no reason to believe Brown won't do the same.

Also, we have Mathews, Butler, and Hemingway to throw to, as I've explained already. I'm not worried at all about our wide receivers. I like them alot.

Yeah but Brown wasn't All Ohio and the number 1 running back in his national recruiting class.Wells was the best RB coming out high school.I'm not saying he won't do well but there isn't no Jake Long at Left Tackle now.

True, but Brown WAS a 4 star prospect and was rated as one of the top 10 runningbcks in the class of 2006, which was beanies class. And he looked damn good in his 3 games as a starter last season. I'm not worried about him.

I tell you that McGuffie kid is probably the best back you have in terms of talent!And he's a white boy!He leaped over people in high school and he jumped over T.J. Shugarts head!He is our 6'7" freshmen o-linemen!So he's pretty big.

Also, of the nine players I mentioned, six of them have plenty of game experience. You mentioned that Brown, Minor, and Mathews have experience, but Grady, Butler, and Hemingway also have lots of game experience. Grady was quite a good substitute at RB when he was healthy in 2005 and 2006, amasing over 500 yards and 8 TD runs. Butler is a returning starter at TE, and Michigan legend Jim Mandich has said Butler should dominate under RR's offense.

Finally, although he didn't put up any game breaking stats, Hemingway was the teams fourth receiver last season, and he saw lots of playing time. As a fulltime starter in 2008, look for Hemingway to have a big true sophomore season under RR's offense. Mathews made a huge improvement after going from the 4th receiver in 2006 to Michigans 3rd receiver in 2007, so look for Hemingway to improve even more so then Mathews.

And i ask you again: who is Michigan going to lose to?
