@yeamhn Hi, sorry to reply so late. Yes u can make the batter and the filling ahead and keep it in the fridge. But the batter will have thickened and u might need to adjust the consistency again. The filling needs to come to room temperature before using. My suggestion would be to make the filling ahead of time and the batter when u are making it. Or you cam kae the finished product and keep it in the fridge covered with plastic wrap. It'll prob keep well for a day or two.
Could you please clarify the following instruction on the recipe found in your blog:
1 cup of evaporated milk/coconut milk
The forward slash sign means evaporated milk AND coconut milk mixed together or it does mean evaporated milk OR coconut milk?

yeah u can make them and keep them in the fridge. Put on gloves and reduce direct contact with the kuih dadar so that it doesn't become stale fast.
