actually, in reallity...the su-47 isnt that great, the thrusters are powered via pedals and when u vector one of them, it powers off the other, and if thats the case, its maneuvering powers is partially cut...in the game however, su-47 miki ex version is a direct competitor to the yellow squadron su-33...its great in one on one dog fights online, my favorite plane is F-22 Haruka...not only all its stats r improved in all props to the default but its great in team battles too, since its stealth

I think one is a radar pod and the other is a ECM pod

The short rod houses a rear-facing radar, while the long rod houses a deceleration parachute. The reason why the radar rod is shorter is that it needs to be away from the heat of the engine exhaust, while the opposite applies for the parachute, which is deployed more rapidly pushed by the exhaust gases

Now that it is past the testing stage, it is call the Su-47 It is in fact the ONE plane in the world capable of shooting down an F-22. This however depends on the pilots. The two planes are equally matched with only minor differences. The F-22 is only slightly faster at cruising speed and the Su-47 is slightly more manuverable which is good for dog fighting.

If I were to decide which game to buy by just playing their demos, Ace Combat 6 would be the best and most obvious choice.

To answer your question, yes, you do get to take of in and land your aircraft either by crossing the return line or as part of the mission or when you've freed up an airfield in a middle of a mission.

This must be on easy, and you edited out like half of it. whenever I play this mission, all I do is die left and right either by getting shot down, or crashing, or a combination of both. its the hardest mission by far. by the way, do you unlock the razgriz color or buy it on live?

Yes, you are absolutely right!

I usually go on Easy difficulty on most of my edits to save time, and I pick the best scenes to put into them (like what's shown in 2:55 to 3:02).

And yes, many of my edits have a lot cut out so that they are sync'd in with the soundtracks that accompany them. It's either that or they just need to fit in to the 10-minute video time limit that YouTube has on most videos (especially with the replay videos from the Ace of Aces missions that I've played).
