geezes man I think the world of the fasthawk...I carry the tiny sog in my shirt pocket with a micron light . and that chive in my watch pocket.the chive is the greatest knife I've ever owned..I've abused it badly..I broke its tip 3 times doing prying at work I've . refinished tip and drove on.The assist opening broke too.....I opened it up up and removed it...the knife still is great. Mine has on it a date of march 03...got 2 new ones sitting on me to need them..Great Knife..Great.
@tomnix2010 Agreed. Just a heads up, email kershaw, and they will send you out all the parts (torsion bar, screws etc) for free. No sending the knife in, or anything. No questions asked. I did the same thing with my Leek. If you break the tip though, you are shit out of luck about that. haha trust me, ive done that too. haha
@TacticoolGUY Man I know Kershaw is a stand up bunch, I wouldn't want that little knife any other way after all the work we done togather. :-) I'm amazed I haven't permanantly lost it in 8 ish years. The two new ones I bought when I thought it was lost, I look foward to "breaking them in " too when I need to. As you know these are great little knives, I was so impressed with it still being a great knife after such abuse......
@farmerdiddley Ive been throwing it everyday, its damn awesome. Wish it had a tad more weight in the head, but honestly i couldnt be too much happier.
@Mr45Bullitt So far very much so, the guys at SOG are awesome too. Lifetime guarantee, I like throwing, so thats why i picked this up. Feels perfectly balanced. For throwing, i liked the "fasthawk", much more than the "tactical tomahawk" they had. Thanks Bill.
