The BGC soundtracks for all the OVAs were and will always be THE BEST MUSIC IN ANIME FOREVER! So many legendary songs from the OVAs.

The fact she is getting dressed plus the violence in the out of club scenes puts this as a PG not even PG13 tops. The lyrics when you look at them don't even do anything to alter that. Then again some Censors are bad enough to call PG or higher because of the guy clearly smoking at the start of the video.

I was about the same age first watching this, my older sister imported many anime vhs cassettes back in the day when the whole thing wasn't so overly popular over here ...

I didn't understand a word and couldn't read the English subtitles on top of that, but I was totally hooked with that gritty, dirty style. Comes with quite a (positive) shock if you're only used to Disney cartoons :P
