I started school in 1965 and I remember watching this show every AM waiting for the school bus.WOW, didn't think I'd ever see it again.

This was the opening title for all 52 Wally Gator cartoons, originally seen in syndication as part of "THE NEW HANNA-BARBERA CARTOON SHOW {SERIES}" (1962-'63), which also featured "Touche Turtle" and "Lippy the Lion & Hardy Har Har"- the show was usually retitled for local stations that carried it, usually as "WALLY GATOR" or, as on WPIX-TV in New York, "CARTOON ZOO".
