Carbon fiber wing spars are a nice addition to the SS wings. Right at the center of gravity - wing tip to wing tip. I also put a spar at the leading edge of the wing n now it's virtually indestructible :]

hey why did you change out your eflight 400?

was it not capable of holding the weight of the camera?

Yes and no the camera I first tried wasnt the one I have now. It was bigger one and it did fry the speed controler and motor and battery together. So i just got a bigger motor so I would not have that problem again. Plus this motor was cheaper any way. It carries it with ease now. The 400 was good if you didnt put a big camera on it. I just wanted more power. Hope that helps. :)

Wow you have a nice play ground. I have to ride 3 to 4 mile to the nearest park which is now thawing in preparation for summer, I'm actually flying over a frozen lagoon.

Hey thanks !! Yea I think I'm trying to do to much to this poor plane. Ill probably get a newer typw of plane in the near future. Maybe an easystar like you have. Nice videos by the way.

I've destroyed my easystar plenty of times too. Easy to fix though, little hot glue/epoxy and its flying again. Thanks for watching the videos man! Keep yours coming too.
