If you're using proper grip (idk what grip you use, I'll assume its just regular american) you shouldn't have anymore than two callouses per hand. One on the inside of your thumb and maybe one on the inside of your index. I only have callouses on the inside of my thumb where i hold the stick and it pivots.

kick ass cover!!!! not the style i play but i love the music. just one thing, its better in the long run not to use gloves, because even at first you'll get blisters, but after that your palms will get thicker skin and it really helps your grip on the sticks, but either way, just say, but absolutely a kick ass cover

LOL, have even tried playing both? If you have, you'll agree that a real pedal "feels" much better than the games pedal. And, yes, playing the real drums is easier than rock band drums. That much should have been obvious.

Hitting 4 pads that feel like practice pads and 1 pedal is NOT harder than having a double pedal, crash cymbals, ride cymbal, high hat, snare and then 4 toms.

But is there a scrolling list on rill drums? Have you even TRIED to play any of the expert songs on rock band? I find real drums easier than rock band. I've played rock band with two other drummers, and they agree with me. You obviously haven't played rock band. What you need to do is post a video of you playing an impossible song on expert, then post yourself playing the exact same song with the drums. When you fail on rock band, and make it look easy on real drums, you'll understand.

Not having double pedals is one of the reasons it makes it hard. The pedal, for all intents and purposes, sucks major ass. It's just a game, I know...but the pedal sucks. I would take double pedal bass any day over the rock band pedal. Since you've already admitted that rock band is harder, I don't see the need to discuss this further. Excuse me while I get a nice drum session in before I go workout.

You should change the view of the camera. It but be much better to see the whole set from the front or from behind or something else.
