This is the track from the LP called 'SONGS FOR SWINGING SELLERS'....it's the first track and is a play on the LP by Sinatra called SONGS FOR SWINGING LOVERS. This comedy LP was written by Dennis Norden and Frank Muir with music work by George Martin recorded in 1957.

Sounds like Matt Monroe. Is that THE Peter Sellers?

It is Matt Monroe. He recorded his impersonation of Sinatra for Sellers to copy. But Sellers thought it was so good he used Monroe on the LP 'Songs for Swinging Sellers'
