  • mannn its just the shells but it looks soo good lol

  • i put cocoa powder on mine and sweet marsala wine. i dont put eggs....they love the way i make it.

  • me to

  • is there any substitute for the white wine, because we don't drink alcohol. What about the custard, do you have the recipe for that?

  • I don't think there will be much alcohol left in it when you deep fry something.

Alternatively you could cook the wine in a pot or pan before you add it to the mixture.

  • Some people do not consume alcohol no matter how much is burned out in a recipe. I am an example of one of those people. A better substitute would be fruit juice usually found in wine (e.g., apple or grape juice) plus a bit of vinegar.

puoi usare aceto al posto del vino anzi.... i veri cannoli siciliani prevedono l'uso di aceto, li rendono più friabbili e pieni di bolle

  • man i havnt had a cannoli in so long.....mmmm cant wait to get back in the city and hit up lil italy.....yummy lol

  • what they forgot to tell you is that most shells have cocoa powder in it.

some dont but the wine must be a dry wine -dont forget that. you can buy bigger metal tubes at the chocolate factory -if you have one near you.

    they look so delicious.

  • The shells can be made with cocoa although our family recipe does not call for it.

  • cannolis are awesome like this video AND PIZZA!!!!!!!!!

  • lol

i was going to say the same thing!

  • Ciao Bella Italiana~

You just need to fry the shells for 1-2 minutes (until they are lightly browned). Remember they wil be really hot and will cook a little bit more after they come out of the oil.

Just FYI...my Aunt lives in Eastlake too & that is where we made the video.

    Ciao e Aguri~
