Naz was the kind of boxer who was a promoters dream! Personality, skills, could bomb you out with either hand and knew how to entertain inside the ring and out. Brilliant. Great for boxing and great for the fans! We always used to plan our weekends around watching Naz when he was fighting. Shame he's not in his prime nowadays. Even all these years later when I watch a Naz fight I still get a buzz. More than can be said for a lot of these boxers today!
@kanjatsiam 1st : I never heard such thing like second grade belt or second grade box-organisation but I know that in 1988 the WBO broke out of the WBA which is the oldest major organization.. so actually the source of the WBO was the WBA..
2nd : it wasn't just a WBO championship it was a unified WBO & IBF championship
lastly : it's not " worthy of one challager" - but worthy of his number one challenger..
