actually, she was not. you get this cinematic after doing the quests leading to the battle at Wrath Gate, after this cinematic the quest chain continues and you learn that professor Putress(seen in video) and his Royal Apothecary sided with Varimathris, they betrayed the Horde and took over the Undercity - they made it look like its Sylvanas who did this, to destroy the already unstable relationship between Alliance and Horde. quest then leads you to take back control over Undercity
