It's actually 30 times more powerfull (3 cores), plus the graphics chip in the 360 can do effects like anti-aliasing and bloom. For an emulator to even work, it would need a lot of data swapping to and from the memory stick to emulate that much ram....

Xbox 360: 3.2 GHZ triple core CPU, 512 MB main ram, a non-Nvida gpu that shares the RAM memory and has 48 undefined pipelines.

PSP: 333 MHZ cpu (sony clocked it at maximum 200 MHZ) 64 MB ram and 4 MB GPU.
