  • wow that looked delicous would that be a one or two person meal ?

  • @cebucemagenaitap Two or three for that size. Depends on who you share it with :)

  • If I win the lottery, are you for hire? :0)

  • @boing123a Depends how much you win and how many days I get off. Where you live is important too as I prefer a warmer climate if I had a choice. cheers KtC

  • Oh man I have to try one of these, mmm looks awesome!!

  • @pandmonium2k7 Tasty cut of meat. We really enjoy it BBQ'd and usually on the med.-rare side. A few beers and your ready to go to heaven. Thank you Gary, cheers mate! KtC

  • Oh dear... I just murdered my last rib eye, and it's time to restock. My butcher knows that when I say "rib eyes" they're to be 1 inch thick. I'll get a look this time when I tell him to make one of them 4 inches think. LOL

That looks mouth wateringly delish! Medium rare is my limit. If one comes out medium, I've screwed up, but I'll tolerate it. And if I'm cooking for guests, and someone says "well done," I'll cook him a hamburger. :-P

  • @anmoose I know folks who buy a pricey cut of meat and then prepare it well done. Each there own I suppose. As for the 4 inch steak those epic meal dudes would probably try that. Take a whole rib roast and set it on it's side lol. el la Fred Flintstone lol.

This size cooks up quick an is more than enough for two or three (plus there is always the bone to gnaw on too).

    cheers Moosie!

  • Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum...And lots of horseradish.

  • @koolbossjock Certainly goes well the beef. My wife enjoys that combo very much. I too, but I favour the au jus or just straight up most times. cheers Boss! KtC

  • Man O Man does that look good!!!

  • @TheVittleVlog A great dose of protein :D cheers Rick!

  • OK - that's it - I'm moving across the pond and going to live right next door to you!

  • @HALLSYSKITCHEN cheers Hallsy!

  • You can bring the beer and your cooking expertise! lol

  • @jessicastarr9764 Will do ;)

  • That sure looks great I'm a big fan of the rib cut of beef :)

  • @2024JayZ We enjoy it too. I like gnawing on the bone for dessert :) cheers JayZ! KtC

  • @papercuts777 Thanks cuts. Nice to see ya bro! Big CHEERS to you! KtC

  • @MissSolt Beef! Prime Rib is usually associated with beef while a 'Crown Rib Roast' is usually associated with pork. See my 'Cuts Of Beef' and Cuts of Pork' videos for more info. My error for not making clearer. cheers! KtC

  • nicely grilled chunk, is this beef ? what sauces you have at the end ? Cheers

  • @SouthernSky Yes it is beef. The prime is really a grade of the 'rib roast' however has become more popular as just the 'best cut' from the beef rib. 'Prime' in the US means higher grade of meat/ cattle. In Canada the grades are 'A' 'AA' 'AAA' with the triple being of highest grade (quality/ aging of the meat).

The sauce is just beef drippings collected from the pan (some add a bit of beef broth). As the French call 'au Jus! cheers mate! KtC

  • That looks awesome! I bet you drive your neighbors insane with the smells from your back yard!

Umm... was that cuppy's girlfriend beside him? *jealous* ;) LOL!

  • @Texa41 I toss them some food over the fence now and then. Keeps them happy.

Not sure what cuppy is up to? Certainly seems to be checking a few things out. cheers Susan! KtC

  • Lookin good!

  • @RealArcalian cheers! KtC

  • Amazing looking prime beef!! So simple but so good!

  • @angelwings500 They do prep. up easy enough. The times on cooking are the trick. For the smaller sizes the times I listed are the norm. On a very large (10+ lbs.) a meat thermometer is usually best as a 'doneness guide' as these very larger ones have to be watched a bit more. Other than that they are a basic prep.

    cheers Angel, KtC

  • Man that looked insanely good.

  • @Traveler2112 Mouth drooling crazy I tell ya :)

  • Looks amazing!! Thanks so much for sharing!

  • @JessicaPersonalChef and thank you for the nice comment Jessica! I enjoyed the 'production' of this one :) Yum! cheers, KtC

  • No salt needed?

  • @diogobh2004 Each there own for this cut. I would 'coarse' salt lightly on most beef however, some cuts/ method/ doneness, does not really need it. I like this cut on the med. - rare so it will have the edge on the salt already (vampire)

    cheers, KtC

  • We are mking this next time we bar B Q. Thanks for sharing more grilling recipes, your awesome!

  • @jessicastarr9764 Time, date and location please. Do I have to bring anything? Thanks a bunch! KtC

  • @psychodelicdragon Certainly was delicious. Two of use indulged on this one. The size is good for two or three. Thanks mate! KtC

  • Great recipes, but I want to make a request: More stuff for us low budget low space college students.

  • @AAgony I hear you. Been there done that. I have quite a few one-pan meals and budget foods posted. I usually post them in the fall or cooler months (hot here now). We always had a Crock-Pot/ Slowcooker that we had something cooking in most days. I do have a few of those posted as well. I do understand and will make note! Thanks for the suggestion/ reminder. Perhaps I will tag a few 'student' or make a playlist to make them easier to find. cheers! KtC

  • @rogerlee337 I enjoy the prime rib but it can be pricey so it occasional for us. The best thing to do with the cut is just not over season. Thank you, I appreciate your comment! KtC

  • @gardini100 thank you very much! KtC

  • The volume of juices on the plate was equal to how much I drooled during this video. Nice one Kook!

  • another meat recipe? O_O

    man,too much...!

  • @GUNRVKHNH I take it then you do not like meat? There are many non-meat videos posted here. It is summer season here so the BBQ is on. I do post a few vegan and vegetarian foods as well as some beverages, desserts and sweets. The series go in batches of 25 with variable seasonal themes (most). It's summer so there will be more meat ones at this time. Sorry to disappoint! cheers, KtC

  • @GUNRVKHNH NO MEAT NO EAT

  • how dare you even suggest a well done steak! :D

  • @saucezomg lol Something about cooking the crap out of a 15$ dollar piece of meat is just wrong. Folks are just best selecting a less expensive cut of meat. I use to always gasp when someone ordered up a 30$ filet mignon or prime rib 'well done'. However, each there own. Hell I will eat it raw! :D cheers! KtC

  • @saucezomg

    ha lol

  • Again a delicious meal.

  • @SuperFriik I just let the beef speak for itself. No need for too much seasoning on this cut. Thank you very much! KtC

  • Hi. Looks MORE than delicious!

  • @ChaChaDave Thank you Dave, much appreciated. Enjoying your videos too!

Folks check out ChaChaDave! cheers, KtC

  • I just LOVE Mr. Mug (Or Mrs.?) ;) Ant Mr.Cook. Again a KOOKILICIOUS Food.....:-D Thanks...

  • @Priyotome I think he is a Mr.

Perhaps we will find out in the future for certain. Folks seemed to call him (it) 'Cuppy' lol

    cheers, KtC

  • looks like a webber...nice

  • @LucLeFou A webber copy. This type works for me as I tend to get new ones every couple of years. This one was only about 30$ on sale. I like the webber but I still end up buying new ones so I just go cheap. I do not even use the gas one I have. Just isn't a BBQ with gas. Thank you! KtC

  • **DROOLS**

  • @thebibleisfiction It was certainly a drool fest. cheers! KtC

  • OMG ilove the pink ^___^

  • @marcvince15 I will probaly receive a comment or two on the 'pink' however, meat cuts like this are best enjoyed on the medium or rare side. I feel it is a waste of money over-cooking these types of cuts. I understand well-done but I would recommend just getting a cheaper cut of meat. I love the pink too :)

    cheers from KTC

  • Thumbs up !!!

  • @Barginjunkie69 Thank you! Have a great day! KtC

  • omg the cup is alive (:-0

  • @azariahsimon (:-0 YIKES!
