Mate, no-one will sell you any base jumping gear unless you're an experienced skydiver. Quite rightly too, you'd probably kill yourself. If it's your dream to base jump, start skydiving, and either you'll realise it isn't for you, or you'll get there. It'll take a long time and lots of money though...
