It didnt appear that you put the elbow in extension/wrist in flexion when applying the tape. Is that important? I want to sum up....Insertion to origin, 25% stretch, then one piece stretched maximally straight down on the extensor muscle group.
Also, any relation to nic swanson? You guys look alike!
Interesting. I never tried to put the basis of the kinesio tape at the wrist. I always started at the elbow heading to the wrist. - If this does matter? I will try and find out.
You want to relax the wrist extensors for acute tennis elbow so you put the tape origin to insertion. Go to RIO if you want to relax, that's how I remember.
