I bought one of these machines recently, and they are absolutely incredible. BUT Alfredo the guy who makes them is horrible at answering emails. I waited 2 weeks for him to reply to me about shipping and I am still awaiting a reply from him about a simple question to do with the box. So be wary if you are used to proper customer service! otherwise it is a genius device.
