I guarantee they will pull the plug on the automated baggage system. DEnver international had one and pulled the plug as it requires constant maintainence which outwheys the cost of employing people to manouver baggage onto the gate. Terminal 5 has been a disaster judging from the reports lately. THey can't even employ staff who no how to operate the new equipment. WHy is england always like this. I have noticed in england if anything in public breaks down they take forever 2 fix it.
