I just started incorporating bands in my back and front squat training. It's very challenging. At the top of the front squat, there is so much pressure I feel like I never get a rest.
Don't know why you would want that in those lifts, they are not really for strength building. You can use them for glute ham raises instead of leg curls if you have a GHR bench.

With Band Training, could this idea be used in other leg exercises such as leg curls & extensions?
